S-Beauty Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Items purchased on final sale or with promotional discounts.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at s.beautyus@gmail.com or 281-976-1236. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send the items back to us. Please ensure the products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items and verify their condition. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will be notified once the process is complete.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged products).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at s.beautyus@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide a description and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement if necessary.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible ats.beautyus@gmail.com or 281-976-1236. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you’ll need to follow the return process.
Order Modifications
To modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address or product), please reach out to us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed. However, once an order has been shipped, no modifications can be made.
